Away to Yeovil in the 4th round of the FA Cup, hopefully not a banana skin, but the big question is what date will it be.

Yeovil have a game arranged for the Tuesday after the designated dates of 26-29 January and we are away at Spurs on Wednesday 31st January, so I am hoping that a Monday night game is a non starter.

I am sure Yeovil will be pushing for a Saturday game or latest Sunday lunch time,

That still leaves the horrible thought of it being played on the Friday night, something that won’t really suit anyone who has to travel.

We’ll see what the TV companies do and then plan accordingly, couple of people have offered to drive if we play Saturday.

Applications for tickets are open now until 08-00 on Monday 15th January

Cheers Keith

Played two and won two games, scored four and conceded none/

We cruised through on Monday at Everton even though the weather was atrocious, the team were definitely up for it, following Saturdays lack lustre performance against Southampton (I never went back to my seat in the 2nd half, stayed in the lounge and had a beer, that’s how exciting it was)

last night, more of the same, the lads were up for it, and I don’t know how it took so long to get the 1st goal, Jesses again, he must be up at the tope of the goals and assists for midfield players in the premier league. Good to see Lukaku back and scoring

Stoke at OT next, Monday 15th at 8pm, unless Stoke draw in FA Cup, then it is back to Saturday at 3pm, keep you posted

We have talked about running a trip to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Munich Disaster, so as flights have now been released there are a couple of options for flying to Munich

Direct flight with Lufthansa departing 10-30 on 5th February and returning late on the Wednesday evening, cost of flight £177

Hotel Amba close to railway station for £65 each for two nights based on 2 sharing a twin room

Airport transfers and train to the memorial site are not included but will be about £20

So without food and drink you are looking at £260 each

One option is to fly with BA via Heathrow and this reduces the price by about £25, however the prices will go up I am sure if we leave it to late.

For those who can’t get 3 days off work, then you could consider going on Sunday evening 17-50 arriving at 20-55 have 2 night in Munich and return late Tuesday 22-15 arr 23-20 then the flights would be £151, both direct flights, EasyJet out and Lufthansa home

Are you a Manchester United Supporter who lives in the High Peak or Surrounding area who wishes to be more involved in a group rather than travelling to games on your own?

We are an official branch of the Manchester United Supporters Clubs, we attend all home and away games, we have mini buses to each home game and most away games.

Run our own trips to European away games, usually 1 or 2 nights stay and generally cheaper than the club’s day trips

We hold regular branch meetings on the last Thursday or Friday in the month, subject to fixture dates
